Improved Dimension Door

Dimension Door now ignores line of sight as the gods intended.

Use the spell to circumvent obvious secret walls, to teleport to places your character can't see or hasn't been, to generally liberate yourself from Larian having gimped the spell in order to railroad the player into navigating their wide DOS3 hallway the way they want you to do it.

  I've tried to make it even closer to 5e, but unfortunately: teleports can't seem to target objects, and spells still can't target a location farther than your character's maximum sight range.
