Hyperlegible Readability (A font for Dyslexia and Low Vision)

This mod replaces various default game fonts with Atkinson Hyperlegible to ease readability for dyslexic and low vision players like myself.

There are two files, one that replaces only the GUI fonts, and the other replaces books, letters, and slate fonts. You can use both together.

There are lots of other mods that do something similar, but none of them use this font specifically. I've personally found Hyperlegible to be a godsend for my flavor of vision issues and I hope you do to.

DIY Font Replacer

was helpful in making the font changes in this mod happen. If there is a font that works better for you, it may be best to follow these steps to replace the default game font. I have no plans to add other font choices unless there is a huge demand for it.

Easier Text by hypermorphic - This isn't a pak mod, but it offers a lot of cusomizability for size and clarity, including a black text box and higher contrast. It's even compatible with all of Caites' Mods. My mod will override their font choice since paks always override loose files, if you decide to use both.

Immersive Reading by lexo1000 - This mod not only provides a nice, clear, font for your interface, but it also can improve the books, letters, and discs in the game as well. If you use the books only version keep in mind it is not compatible with my book fonts. Technically if my mod loads after this one, it should replace their UI font choice with mine, but I haven't tested this and don't know if it will cause you any problems.

Bigger Text Font by ChizFreak - If you prefer the vanilla text, but just need it to be a bit bigger, this mod will suit your needs quite well. To be safe make sure my font mods load after this one if you decide to use them together. Unless you use their loose files version instead of their pak version.

Alternative English Fonts by DAIDAIMENGYOU - Not only do they have a lot of nice, readable, font choices, they provide a useful tutorial and places to find free fonts. The DIY font mod I linked to above was more helpful for me, but this one may be great for you if the other one just didn't click.
