Hoplite - Fighter Subclass

My first subclass mod! My concept was the classical hoplite / legionary / gladiator type fighter (I know that's a pretty broad range historically, but they do share a general aesthetic.) The subclass is centered around heavy utilization of the spear and shortsword. I tried to keep the passives simple and thematic, fitting for a Fighter. Without further ado, here are the features!

Level 3 - Hoplite Stance

Your weapon attacks with spears and shortswords deal an extra 1d6 piercing damage.

Level 3 - Charge of the Hoplon

Charge attack, 3d6 damage, 12 m range, once/battle. Can cause foes to be off balanced. Can damage multiple enemies.

Level 7 - Lorica Segmentata

When an enemy attack hits you, they are sent reeling for two turns.

Level 7 - Hoplite Conditioning

When wearing a shield, gain 4 initiative and 1 AC.

Level 10 - Disciplined Strike

Attack for weapon damage plus 1d6 force. Chance to daze target. Requires a reach weapon, shortsword or spear. Free action, usable once per battle.

Level 15 - Improved Hoplite Stance

Your weapon attacks with spears and shortswords deal an extra 2d6 piercing damage. (This replaces Hoplite Stance)

Level 18 - Third Wind

Heal yourself 3d10 + your fighter level and gain celestial haste for two turns.

 Bonus action, castable once per short rest.

I don't have much background balancing / designing subclasses. My hope is to make something that could look right at home in source DnD material - to that end, I encourage feedback on all aspects of the subclass and mod (whether its a simple typo, a design choice or a bug/misfunction).
