Dynamically converts the % to hit in the tooltips to DC: instead (representing the minimum number you need to roll). Universally compatible with any UI mod that maintains the hitChanceText node.
For Attack Rolls, the DC represents the lowest number you can roll to succeed.
For Saving Throws, the DC represents the lowest number the target has to roll to succeed.
