📋 About This Mod
Have you ever been annoyed when your big staff/bow dangled behind your back and ruined your screenshot? Or maybe it was a big chair that looked really funny, but still ruined the view during the dialogue/cutscene?
Now you can get rid of that annoyance, but still keep weapons visible outside of cutscenes and dialogues.
I think i've covered all vanilla weapons and this mod should also work on modded weapons.
Let me know if i've missed anything and i'll add it to the list.
Or let me know if you want a version that would hide only a certain weapon type.
----------------------------------------
Now there's a separate file with a spell that hides/unhides any weapon you cast it on. It should get added once you equip/unequip any item.
I also tested it and this file seems to be safe to uninstall mid-playthrough. But if you're having issues, use Mod Uninstaller
Installation/uninstallation:
Install it like any other mod with mod manager of your choice.
It should be safe to uninstall at any time
Mods used in screenshots:
Homebrew Face Tattoos
Bandit Armors and Camp Clothes
Datena's Chair
Extra Heads

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Community-approved with 422 endorsements and over 34k downloads
- Does exactly what it says—no more weapon clipping in your face during conversations
- Lightweight and focused, doesn't mess with other gameplay elements
⚠️ Cons
- Last updated July 2025—may not be compatible with future game patches
- Only affects cutscenes and dialogues, so if you wanted weapon holstering in gameplay, this isn't it
For players who hate seeing their weapon clip through the camera during story moments. If you're a screenshot enthusiast or just want cleaner cutscenes, this is a must-have. Skip if you're looking for gameplay changes—this is purely cosmetic.
💡 Beginner Tips
- If you're using a mod manager, drop the file into your mods folder and enable it—no extra steps needed.
- Test in a dialogue-heavy area to see the effect immediately; if weapons still show, check your load order.
- Since the mod is simple, it's safe to use with other visual mods, but keep an eye on updates after game patches.
