Each pumpkin has the stat Devils Sight
All heads glow and you can use glow dyes from Glowing Accessories and Dyes to change the colour of the inside! https://www.nexusmods.com/baldursgate3/mods/11055
Some modded glowing eyes will also change the colour of the glow while equipped on that character but idk how to fix that, still pretty though!
These pumpkin heads were hand-carved from a pumpkin and a hunk of raphael's ascended fiend flesh in blender
