Halsin's Body Tattoo

This mod gives Halsin a body tattoo version of his face tattoo design, both as an NPC and as a companion.

Now includes a black option for those who prefer his early access tattoo colour. A big thank you to Padme4000 for allowing me to include the version of Halsin's face textures without the red tattoo from this mod!

Update 14/6/25

Added versions that also remove his built-in dirt layer!

The black tattoo versions may have some texture pop-in in dialogues which seems to be more noticeable in patch 8 than in patch 7. Unfortunately it's a vanilla issue that I can't fix, but you can minimise it by moving the camera close to him before speaking to him to force the game to load a higher resolution version of his character model.

Update 1/1/26

Added a version of the file that's compatible with the Unique Companion Assets framework by Padme4000 (red tattoo version). This version can be combined with edits to his hair and face that use the UCA framework. It's unlikely to be compatible with edits to his body textures however, as they are likely to edit the same resource this mod edits to set the tattoo colour.

Compatibility

The standard version of this mod is likely to be incompatible with any other mods that edit Halsin's appearance as it overrides his character visual resource. Mods that only edit his hair might be ok depending on how they do so.

Installation

Recommended install with BG3MM.
