Contains a set of Great Old One Warlock themed legendary items loosely inspired by Lovecraft.
Items are in the Tutorial Chest.
Allows you to control the battlefield with cc and focuses on psychic damage. Build up stacks by dealing psychic damage to specific status-afflicted targets and spend them to have big damage on the force cantrip. Wanted to make a viable alternative to just doing hex eldritch blast every turn on the warlock.
