Gothic Reverie

I found this dress while searching the game files some months ago. Since it was unfinished, I decided to leave it there in case Larian was planning to use it for evil endings in Patch 7, but alas, it doesn't look like they ended up doing anything with it (correct me if I'm wrong?) and it was just scrapped - probably because the mesh itself is a bit difficult to get to work properly.

However, since it was very pretty, I thought it was a waste and decided to try and do something with it.

It's not 100% perfect, but it is what it is :D I had to remove some of the folds from the original on the front because making the weights and physics "work" together on this mesh is a mess.

Anyway, I think the ending result is very acceptable and will be using it for myself.

There might be some (minor) clipping around the collar area and there IS some clipping when Tav's legs bend too much, for instance when sitting or fighting a bit. But other than that, it's quite pretty.

Find the outfit in a cute chest inside the Tutorial Chest Summon mod.

The dress, gloves and pumps/tights are fully dyable except for the bunny pouch. In my screens, I used the Jet Black and Pink dye.

It has its own necklace, also dyable, but there can be clipping if you use other necklaces - in these screenshots, I'm using Cerberry's Glow Gear amulets, you can see that other necklaces might clip through.

(Thanks Cerberry for letting me use your amulet chain mesh to save time! <3).

The tights and sleeves meshes come from Crosscrusade's Scantily meshes, I just used a different texture on the gloves.

Permission and links for the other meshes used are in the credits tab. You are free to modify or improve the Dress mesh if you want to, but you can't reuse the paid textures. If you want to try to make the mesh better, just PM me and I'll share the blend file. :)

I did not put any stats or skills on the dresses - so anyone can use them with Transmog mods.
