Removes the bonus action cost from the Storm Sorcery subclass' Tempestuous Magic: Flight ability. Updated & compatible with patch 8
Functionally identical to vanilla, just removed the UseCost to compensate for the fact that it only lasts one turn, unlike literally every other flight condition in the goddamn game.
