Flanking Rules

Adds Flanking Rules: if an entity is Threatened by 2 or more adversaries then those adversaries get a bonus to their melee attack rolls against it. Pathfinder- and DnD-inspired versions available. Requires ScriptExtender.

Enemies will also benefit from this.

Available options:

Pathfinder version: Flanking characters get a +2 bonus to their Melee Attack Rolls against the Flanked entity.

DnD version: Flanking characters get Advantage on their Melee Attack Rolls against the Flanked entity.

Simple and clean, compatible with anything.

Requires ScriptExtender.

For power-users/modders:

The CHIZ_FlankingImmunity passive can be assigned to any entity you want to make immune to being Flanked.

Known Issues:

Sometimes, if a character does an approaching attack-move too quickly, the calculation of the attack roll may be performed so quickly by the engine that it happens just before the Flanked condition gets applied, so the bonus won't affect that first approaching attack.

Solution: when necessary, simply position yourself within attack range of the target before actually attacking it, instead of attack-moving the target directly. Once the target already has the Flanked condition, you don't need to worry about it.
