Find Exploding Familiar

Find Exploding Familiar is exactly as it sounds. It's an "upgraded" version of the Find Familiar spell with the added bonus that your familiar can explode.

I've added the spell to the progression system of a few classes so that it was accessible to more than just Wizard and Warlock. The following classes can unlock the spell when they are able to learn 4th level spells:

  []Sorcerer

  []Warlock

  []Wizard

  I tried to keep this relatively balanced. The Find Exploding Familiar is not free like the normal version, you must expend spell slots to use it. I have also enabled upcasting to 9th level spell slots should you have a mod such as UnlockLevelCurve.

  Familiars included are:

  • []Cat - Fire Damage

    []Crab - Cold Damage

    []Rat - Thunder Damage

    []Frog - Poison Damage

    []Raven - Lightning Damage

    []Spider - Acid Damage

    Damage dice for the Explode spell goes as follows: 4th level = 5d8 | 5th level= 6d8 | 6th level = 7d8 | 7th level = 8d8 | 8th level = 9d8 | 9th level = 10d9
