Father's Gift Improved - Power Word Kill Long Rest

TL;DR:

  []The spell you normally get is now called "Accept Father's Gift"

  []Cast "Accept Father's Gift" to gain the previously-one-time-use spell.

This mod makes it so that Power Word: Kill is usable once per long rest, rather than being a one-time use. In order to achieve this, I reworked the spell that you get from killing Orin and accepting Bhaal's gift so that casting it gives you a permanent passive that gives you the spell. Once you cast the unlocker spell, it will be removed from your hotbar (it's actually just the old spell you usually got, the one-time use one, so the removal is a purely vanilla function).

This mod makes no other changes besides what was necessary to get this working. The only thing this mod will ever do is make Power Word: Kill recharge on long rest. It will not rebalance Power Word: Kill, nor will it ever add any new spells or features to The Dark Urge
