Eldritch Patch for Pactbound

This mod has been created entirely on the Toolkit to apply new VFX to some of the new features.

It is based on the Pactbound Mod by Oreo2583 and contains the following changes:

• []All subclass specific features have been moved back to level 1.

  []Pact of the Blade: You can bind or summon a weapon to yourself, gaining proficiency with the weapon and using your Charisma modifier instead of

  Dexterity or Strength for attacks. You may also have your weapon deal Necrotic, Psychic, Radiant or Force damage instead of its regular damage. At Level 5, you gain an extra attack with this weapon.[]Lifedrinker (Level 9+, Blade Only): When striking an enemy with your pact weapon, you deal an additional 1d6 Necrotic, Psychic, Radiant or Force damage, and regain 1d6 health.

  []Chain Master's Teachings (Level 9+, Chain only): Your familiar deals additional Necrotic, Psychic, Radiant or Force damage with melee attacks equal to your Charisma modifier.

  []Pact of the Tome: I've scrapped all changes made to Pact of the Tome by the Pactbound mod. I didn't like having to choose my cantrips and rituals after every long rest. Instead I have added 3 cantrips not learnable by warlocks: Guidance (no concentration version), Thaumaturgy and Produce Flame and you gain an additional Warlock Spellslot. I have also added the ability to learn spells from scrolls to the warlock class with the caveat being you need normal spellslots to be able to learn spells this way. For this reason I've added an ability to Pact of the Tome that allows you to convert one Warlock Spellslot to a regular spellslot of the same level once per short rest, meaning you are now able to learn spells up to level 5 from scrolls. Additionally, I've removed the gold cost for learning spells from scrolls.

  At Level 5, you can cast Call Lightning, Haste, and Bestow Curse once per day without expending a spell slot and without the use of concentration..

  []Additional to these changes, if you choose Hexblade as your patron, you can now apply your Hexblade’s curse with your Eldritch Blast as well. The chance

  for applying the curse remains the same. The summoned Specter will use the Right Behind You interrupt on eldritch blast attacks as well. Additionally, in the spirit of no multiclassing, your Hexblade's Specters will learn the Splinter Shadow ability if you have the Armour of Shadows Invocation, not just when near a Shadow Sorcerer's hound.

This allows you to fly to a target position using movement speed at half cost and ignore Attacks of Opportunity.
