Your draconic bloodline now feels stronger and more rewarding. You get Darkvision at level 1 and Draconic Resilience now offers better multiclass value. By level 11, your draconic element damage is boosted by your Charisma, you take reduced damage from it, you ignore enemy resistance, gain resistance yourself, and strike with advantage against foes afflicted with Acid, Chilled, Burning, Shocked, or Poisoned depending on draconic element. At level 14 you get massive survivability potential with Elemental Affinity: Wyrmsong.

I always disliked how matching a Dragonborn’s ancestry with the Sorcerer’s draconic bloodline gave you nothing. Now, when your ancestry and bloodline align, you get a bonus to your breath weapon.
