Ed the Hyena Joins the Party - Rescue of the Fainthearted

It's been a while since I published anything, so I decided to make this mod for 2 main reasons:

1- I saw a comment on a FB group where somebody was saying it would be so cool if we could help the hyena

2- I needed to work on something to make sure I haven't forgotten everything I learned about cutscenes/dialog editing/using the toolkit etc etc!

3- WHY not? He needs help!

This mod allows you to pick an extra option in the dialogue with the Hyena (Speak with Animals version) to ask him to join your party. If you do, he will thank you, and you get a bone to summon him.

This would sound pretty simple so I decided to add something cuter.

His name is Ed, like the silly laughing hyena from the Lion King :P

When Ed first joins the party, he's very frail and malnourished. You can summon him, but he has a debuff and his stats are so so. He won't be one shot but he's not at his best and can only use his normal attack (Bite).

You can talk to your summoned hyena and he has a new dialog where you can pet him! ^^

How can you help him get back to full health?

Some vendors (mostly food and supplies vendors) sell a Tasty Carcass for Ed.

When you have the carcass in your inventory, another new dialog option pops up so that you can feed Ed.

After you have fed him a certain amount of times via this dialog, he will become healthy again. (You have to resummon him via the bone).

Healthy Ed gains 2 new skills, Pounce and Scavenge. Pounce is similar to other pets, while Scavenge is a new Bonus Action I gave him.

Use Scavenge on a dead body and Ed will start eating it. After he's done (next turn), he will gain an extra Bonus action point for that turn.

Heal Ed to the full to unlock a last cute scene where the player can comment on Ed's status :)
