📋 About This Mod
No more sounding like a posh British guy when you want to kick ass as a stocky, beefy Dwarf with a Scottish accent!
There are two versions - one that replaces voice 3 and one that replaces voice 7. Both are more or less the same, aside from the cadence of the voices. I have included both version in case anyone is using another one of my mods that replaces one of these voices.
Only active dialogue has been changed - the dialogue that plays when you click/walk has not been changed since it's very complicated to figure out where those files are. This includes the dark urge click/walk lines. For now, I just recommend turning click/walk dialogue off in your audio settings. Unfortunately, many spell lines also are unable to be changed. I've tried, and it simply is not possible at this time.
Compatibility:
I'm unsure if this mod is compatible with other voice mods (other than my mods) as I have not yet tested it, but in theory, it should be (other than for Tav voices that replace the same voice). I will come back and update this when I have tested it.
Dialogue Voice Quality Restoration (DVQR) - Compatible, use the Patch 5/DVQR compatible version.
Installation:
To install, simply extract to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Data (default location).
There is currently no way to install this mod with Vortex nor BG3MM to my awareness. If/when I figure that out, I will come back and update this.
Uninstall:
To uninstall, delete the Mods folder from your Data folder.
