A-01 is designed with a similar intent to Tempest's Favour; it includes scaling Force damage for a more even split between the Cold and Radiant components:

Based on various requests I've received in the past for Unholy Favour and Tempest's Favour, the Alternate Versions are as follows:

[]A-05: 10 Turn Concentration; Buffed PHB Functionality.
Main Versions B-xx are functionality identical to the corresponding A-xx versions, but do not grant +Proficiency Bonus Force Damage.

Cold-only Versions will come with a bigger update once I properly implement Unarmed damage scaling, based on a recent request for Tempest's Favour.

Works fine in my 500+ mod list, shouldn't cause any issues, though it merges with the Level 1 Shared Cleric Spell list.
I recommend a manual download and using LaughingLeader's BG3 Mod Manager for installation; I've never used Vortex for BG3 so I have no idea how to troubleshoot any issues with it.
