Duellist's Prerogative Overhaul

The Duellist's Prerogative is a pretty good weapon in vanilla, but can become a bit outclassed in modded lists. Thus, I decided to buff it to give it more of an identity, as well as fixing the issues I came across as I edited it.

Challenge to Duel

• []Tooltip: Tooltip updated for accuracy. It no longer says that it's a spell since it isn't, and it now is updated to better showcase how the bleeding is applied, since it's not actually on cast but instead makes your attacks against the target apply bleeding.

  []Buffs: Now costs a Reaction, but has a Once Per Turn Cooldown.

  Elegant Duellist

  • []Tooltip: Tooltip updated bc the base game just lies. It's just a basic -1 to crit threshold not a crit on 19. 

    Dueller's Enthusiasm

    • []Tooltip: Renamed to Duellist's Enthusiasm, now mentions Duellist's Prerogative instead of The Dueller. Now specifies that it requires an empty off-hand instead of just not dual-wielding.

      Withering Cut

      • []Buffs: No longer costs a Reaction, now just a base part of every attack. (Not shown in DMG tooltip)

        Duellist's Riposte

        • []A spammable Riposte to use your extra reactions with.

          This was made with Actually Infernal Rapier in mind, as I felt it led to Duellist's being too far outclassed, with no reason to use it outside of the 1 extra reaction. Thus, I made this, which allows it to keep up better in terms of damage while also getting 2 (or more) extra attacks over it per turn with the Ripostes.
