It only took a year, but the neck seam is fixed and I have now finished several faces for body type 2.
Face piercings and beards mostly not working, since I have not made any custom skeletons.
Might look into that in the future, but definitely no promises.
I recommend using the Half Orc Smooth Skin mod by turndapage at the very least for the male faces.
They are just so much less leather-y now they really don't fit with vanilla body textures anymore.

This is a simple replacer mod for the Half-Orc preset faces.
I am aware there might be clipping issues with the teeth (There is a reason why vanilla half-orcs have massive underbite)
Same thing for piercings: Some might float now.
Though I did make sure that all ear piercings are still in the right position by not making any changes to the ears.
These are not standalone presets, they will replace the current vanilla ones. Which means that some NPCs will also have replaced faces.
I suggest picking one face and only installing that one.
Installation:
Unzip the files.
Put the contents (folder called "Generated") into the Data folder of your installation:
...\Steam\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Data
Say yes to overwrite if it asks.
