Disguise Half-Illithid

When casting the spell, your character will no longer retain the black eyes and dark veins associated with the Half-Illithid transformation. The mod also introduces a new "Conceal Illithid Features" option, allowing you to restore your character's original appearance without the Illithid features. It serves as a RP alternative to the other options available and makes the disguise self spell have a bit more thematic relevance.

The mod also fixes Accursed Spectre not proccing when in a 'disguised' state. As a result, it might conflict with any mods that change the conditions for proccing the Accursed Spectre (Interrupt_AccursedSpecter).

If you're looking for a permanent solution or more customisability of the Illithid look, there are much better options, my favourite being Valdacil's Half-Illithid Effect Toggle
