We wanted Detective Scratch and Detective Durge. So this mod happened.

Detective Cloak now supports BT4 normies and gains
a spell that can turn Scratch into the Detective Mode, and a spell that allows you to change him back.

The spell animation is more Sherlock style……if you have a violin equipped
