D83's Named Summons

Changes the "Conjured Cat", etc, to specific pet names for all vanilla summons, just to give them a little bit more character.

I haven't changed the "Hound of Ill Omen", I think they used an existing enemy hound for it.

1. 2: Fixed Millie's new meow. Creatures will now focus their eyes on her if they fail their saving throw.

1. 1:  Enhanced the abilities of Millie the cat, somewhat. She's actually useful in combat now, but not OP.
