Vibe-coded bugfix to the bug where killing an enemy with crushing damage from an item doesn't award XP.

Description
Fixes this bug (bg3.wiki link) where kiling an enemy with crushing damage (not weapon damage) from an item thrown by a player does not award XP. You can see this in action by throwing a heavy chest from a height at an enemy with low health (2hp at least, since an improvised throw typically deals 1dmg as part of a weapon attack, before any crushing) to kill them. In vanilla, no XP is awarded; with this mod, XP is awarded.
This mod hooks into the OnThrow and Death events to log who initiates a throw event that kills any creature, and alters the Death. CauseOwner field to be the thrower.
Limitations
1. On-kill effects like The Shadow Itself - bg3.wiki don't seem to trigger, and the combat log still attributes the kill to the thrown item.
2. This mod may not work if you save and reload your game while an item is traveling through the air to hit an enemy.
