The Ring of the Critfisher is a simple item I made for my ranger build to squeeze out as many criticals as possible without
needing control spells. It's probably not balanced, but there's no legendary rings in the base game so it might not be too
egregious. In any case, the ring was made with fun intended moreso than balance!
Can be found at the Kobold trader in the act 3 circus. Do note it is quite expensive.
