Counter Spell Fix - Stop Wyrm's Rock Nonsense

If you're like me, and usually come into wyrm's rock swinging, then you've probably been counter spelled through the floor/ceiling, thus causing a long and buggy encounter.

Edit: created a new version that should stop counter spell from being cast outside of combat. It can still be cast through walls and floors, but only if the caster is already in combat. This should fix most of the issues in wyrm's rock while maintaining the spell's regular functionality.

If you want to disable counterspell altogether (for players and NPC) use the disabler version. The spell is still in the game, but it will never trigger.

This will conflict with other mods that potentially alter counter spell, so place this lower in your mod load order.

Guaranteed tested as much as Larian tested wyrm's rock.
