The Concept
Ever felt that your camp stay is a bit too predictable? Appearance Roulette introduces a "Wild Magic Curse" to your party. Every time you finish a Long Rest, there is a 40% chance for each companion to undergo a complete visual mutation.
What can happen?
The mod uses a vast pool of in-game Visual Sets. Your companions might turn into:

[] Different Races: Gnomes, Orcs, Dwarves, Githyanki.

] Monsters: Skeletons, Zombies, or even Mind Flayers.[] Body Types: Strong versions or tiny versions of themselves.

[] Safe to Use: Pure Lua script. No .pak changes. Doesn't bloat your save files.

Installation
1. Install BG3 Script Extender (Mandatory).
2. Extract the archive into your Baldur's Gate 3/Data folder.
3. The path should look like: Data/Mods/AppearanceRoulette/ScriptExtender/Lua/Bootstrap.lua
4. Go to sleep in the game and pray to the RNG gods!
Q: Can I reverse the change?
A: Just take another Long Rest! It's a roulette — they might change back or turn into something even weirder.
Q: Is this compatible with other cosmetic mods?
A: Yes, it simply applies a Visual Set override on top of the character.
