level 3 Personal Attack 3d10 Psychic damage + Confused for 2 turns (Wisdom save)
Resistance to Madness (passive) Resistance to psychic damage
Mind Over Matter (passive) +4 Charisma (raises your spell save DC)
level 4 Mind Interference 5d8 Psychic damage (costs a 1st-level slot)
level 5 Mind Mastery Target has disadvantage on Wisdom saves for 2 turns (costs a 3rd-level slot)
Extra Attack (passive) —
level 6 Mantle of Majesty Once per Short Rest, use a Bonus Action to issue a command that controls an enemy (costs 1 Bardic Inspiration)
