ONLY DRAGONBORN RACE
There is four collars, pink with a metallic heart and pink with blue "realistic" collar, both have camp shoes and working hat slot variants. They have sentinel amulet stats with replaced animation for Ki Restore spell "the original are broken" and they don't have wisdom saving throws
both of them are perfect or at least good for modded dragonborn body type 1 heads from this mod - https://www.nexusmods.com/baldursgate3/mods/8735
the heart collar is... acceptable for unmodded dragonborn standart head, but the "realistic" is not that good for unmodded head
although the "realistic collar" is made pretty much worse then the heart one, its that for multiple reasons but it's the best that I had to work
