TL;WR - There are now 4 distinct groupings of Cloudshift Versions based on their functionality:

• []1. 0 releases: A-1, B-1 & C-1 - Teleportation Spells: Select self + location; AoE explosion at both positions; Bonus Action Point; 2d4 per Spell Level

  []2. 0 releases: A-2, B-2 & C-2 - Teleportation Spells: Select self + location; AoE explosion at both positions; Action Point; 2d6, then 1d6 per Spell Level

  []3. 0 releases: D, E, F - Target Spells: Select location; AoE explosion at target location; Bonus Action Point; 2d4 per Spell Level

  []4. 0 releases: G-1 to G-5 - Target Spells: Vanilla Functionality; Different visuals based on sub-Version

    NOTE: After further testing, VFX for Versions E & G-4 (single explosion Thunder only) can bug out at times and trigger at the origin position instead of the target position, I will look into this more when I get a chance.

    This mod is partially inspired by Storm Step, with various tweaks.

    Storm Step costs an Action point and a Level 2 Spell Slot to deal 2d6 Thunder in an area at both your start and end points. In order to keep the same feeling as Vanilla Misty Step, versions A-1, B-1 & C-1 are kept as a bonus action cost; initial damage is reduced (2-8 damage vs 2-12 damage), but it scales more (2-8 damage vs 1-6 damage) per Upcast Spell Level, and the AoEs are larger (3m vs ~1. 5m).

    Versions A-2, B-2 & C-2 are closer to Storm Step proper in that they now start as 2d6 + 1d6 per upcasted Spell Level and cost a full Action Point, but I've kept the explosion AoE as 3m instead of reducing it to the in-game equivalent of ~1. 5m as to not feel so limiting, and at the same time, keep the inherent risk of exploding while surrounded by your allies.
