Clemency - Legendary Longsword (Rev. 3.5)

Add a new conceptual weapon to the game called Clemency, a longsword with some unique attack skills and power that grows with you.

The strange, glowing longsword, once a testament to a Paladin's unwavering resolve and impeccable martial prowess, now spoke of a grim mercy. His conviction had shattered in the wake of betrayal, the ones he held dear falling by his own blade. Refusing to let his devotion be tainted by vengeance, he turned to the god of compassion. With newfound purpose, he wielded his blade and struck down his foes not in wrath, but in mercy. Each strike was a promise: to end suffering swiftly, no matter the cost to himself.

For what is a merciful death, if not a swift one?

Now, his legend lingers only in folklore. Old tales speak of his descent into the Underdark, hunting a cult that preys upon Ilmatari priests. None know his fate, for he never returned.

The sword's power grows with its wielder, as the base stats and perks mostly scales with the wielder's stats:

Perks:

Strike Quick: When a target successfully dodges your attack, give them a quick thrust with the tip of the sword, dealing an unavoidable Piercing damage.

Strike Hard: When you make an attack with Advantage, you deal an extra Bludgeoning damage and your target is sent Reeling for 2 turns.

Strike True: Your attacks have Improved Critical Hit chance and ignores Resistance to Slashing damage.

Bonus damage:

Lv1-3: Deals an extra 1 Radiant damage.

Lv4: Change the damage to 1d4

Lv6: Upgrade the die to 1d6

Lv8: Upgrade the die to 1d8

Lv10: Upgrade the die to 1d10

Lv12: Upgrade the die to 1d12

Weapon enchantment:

Lv7: Weapon enchantment +1

Lv9: Weapon enchantment +2

Lv11: Weapon enchantment +3

Proficiency with the weapon unlocks these intrinsic skills:

Whirlwind Strike

Strike out at all nearby foes, making separate Attack Rolls against each target.
