Put in user/local/larian studios/baldurs gate 3/mods then activate with mod manager. Requires Mod Fixer.
Important
Works out of the box for a new character, for an existing character you need to respec at Withers to a non-Cleric (maybe a non-spellcaster, just do Barb or something) then respec back to Cleric and it will work.
