Massive fireball.
My first time using the new toolkit to make a mod. Adds a spell castable once per long rest to an amulet in the tutorial chest.
This mod adds the ability to cast a fireball with exceptionally large area of effect and slightly increased damage. Balance, if this mod indeed has any, is attained from the spell taking up an amulet slot and only being useable once per long rest.
