Cat Familiars Plus Plus

Make your familiar the best, most extraordinyary cat it can be.

Choose your cat's coat.

Color and pattern — Summoning a cat familiar will result in one of 11 random coat colors and patterns. Afterward, you can choose its appearance manually using the "Alter Self" spell. At any time, you can disable the randomizer by typing !catf_random in SE console (Ctrl + F12 in-game). Doing so will default to your latest coat choice whenever you summon a new cat.

Expanded wardrobe — Now in black, tressym, and more!

Choose your cat's name.

No more "Conjured Cat" — Type !catf_name Namehere in SE console to set your cat familiar's default name. Ex: !catf_name Merill. You can also edit the Sailor_CatFamiliar.json file in your "AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Script Extender" folder.

(This and the above command currently apply to all party cat familiars.)

Changes to your cat familiar.

Character sheet adjustments — Proficiency in perception and stealth. Strength reduced from 6 to 3. Race changed to fey. Can use the help action. Feline Fall visible on sheet.

Flavor — Your cat familiar will now wander around camp.
