One night on a dark an' stormy morn, I heard whispers in th' tavern that me ex-dog left all the alimony doubloons I sent her at the end of a rainbow near the isles, so I gathered what remained of me crew after we wrecked ship on the coast of Waffle House, and unfurled the sails in pursuit of my past regrets. And after many days and many nights, we strangled the location of me alimony out of a leprechaun that in... retrospect was likely just an ugly.. hairy Irish child... and made our way to me destiny!! Alas, we never did find it... But we did find  LEVEL 7 - 9 UPCASTS FOR Shivero's Chromatic Spells!!  Ye heard right, me hearties! IT'S 2026, IF YE CAN'T CAST T' THE 9TH LEVEL, THEN YE CAN'T SURELY CALL YERSELF A WIZARD-PIRATE, CAN YE??? 

This 'ere mod does exactly what ye'd think it does! It makes all the leveled spells Shivero so kindly made for us castable all the way up to th' 9th level, scaling properly with the pattern ye'd think it does. On top o' that, the descriptions o' some o' the spells have been cleaned up, so they say as they do and do as they say!
