📋 About This Mod
At some point the materials for them were removed, and then the boots were swapped to the fiendishly fashionable footwear we know and love today.
I found the mesh for Raphael's old boots in the game files way back in 2023, but alas, the materials were long gone. But recently the wonderful and extremely generous MaxStrengthWizard went diving into some EA game builds and managed to fish them out for me.
And I present this bounty to you, refitted by my fair hand to work on all vanilla races and body types.
They're fully dyeable, and come in both armour and camp clothing versions.
Stats:
The armour version of the boots have the custom 'Theskan Double Counter-Gambit' spell and Raphael's innate magical resistance attached. Use Transmog if you want something different.
The camp clothing version has no stats.

This mod was created using the official BG3 modding toolkit so will only work in games running in Patch 7/8 onwards.
