This mod adds black nail polish for male characters.
A tutorial for changing your own colors is in the comments but requires Unique Tav and the Tattoo version of this mod. I may add some myself, but check there if you want to do it yourself.
Installation:
Drag and drop the "Generated" folder into your Baldur's Gate 3/Data folder.
Path example: C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Baldur's Gate 3/Data/
In Steam, you can right-click Baldur's Gate 3 > Properties > Installed Files > Browse to open the game's file directory.
I don't own it on any other platform, but there are generally ways to do the same thing.
