📋 About This Mod
Bigger Text font mod for people with vision issues like me. Comes in a .pak for easy install/uninstall and supports italic and bold text.
Previous mods I've seen either have bugs/UI issues or lack italic/bold text.
I'm not a font desginer/graphic designer, I just took what I consider to be the best looking and balanced big font (Quando Regular) and then paired it with scaled up versions of the game's vanilla italic and bold fonts (Alegreya Italic and Bold, it's not the exact same but it's close enough). Quando looks perfect and elegant. The italic and bold which is my ''improvised'' solution is not perfect but works well enough given italic and bold text is not that common in the game and usually consists of isolated words.
Installation
.pak version:
Use your mod manager of choice to install the .pak (or install the .pak manually if you know how to do that).
Loose files version:
Download the loose files version, extract the .rar, and copy the ''Game'' folder to \Baldurs Gate 3\Data\Public\
If you don't have a Public folder inside your Data folder, just create it and then put the Game folder inside it.
You can install and uninstall it at any time.
To uninstall the Loose files version just go to the same Public folder and delete the Game folder.
Compatibility
Compatible with anything that doesn't modify the game's vanilla fonts.
