All skills will show from level 1, but they won’t work until the appropriate level. Make sure to un-equip and re-equip to activate the stat bonuses!

Be prepared to smite in style! Available in the tutorial chest, from Dammon in Act 1, the Moonrise Bugbear in Act 2, and Popper in Act 3. If you’ve already visited one (or more) of these merchants before you install the mod, it won’t show up in their inventory without a couple of long rests first.
You shouldn't have any issue loading this mod mid-game, but never try to UNload clothing/equipment mods.
