This set of armor belongs to the Drow Bhaalspawn Mal, AKA Vesz.
Mal's original clothing was in the Drow style, befitting his heritage, and accessorized with both Bhaalist icons and gifts from his beloved Gortash. By the time of the Nautiloid crash, many of these items were reduced to rags. So throughout his journey to Baldur’s Gate, Mal decorated himself with grim trophies from his many violent encounters along the way.
