Bhaal and Bones Tattoos - KAVT UTAV and Replacer Tattoos

Whilst wanting to customise my Dark Urge a little more and messing around with the game files, I ending up learning how to modify tattoos.

After creating one, I decided to make a few more, so here they are as a pack.

In terms in theme, I guess they're vaguely sinister as I started off thinking of things fitting a Bhaal cultist.

Edit: as of 04/05/2025 these tattoos are now available as replacer tattoos! With a huge thank you to HastursQueen for play testing things for me. If you would like to use them as replacer tattoos, please download the "Bhaal and Bones - Replacer Tattoos" version of the mod from the files tab and follow the same instructions as below. Enjoy <3

This tattoo mod was made with UTAV in mind. I couldn't seem to get it to work as a replacer, so for now UTAV is required.

If you run into problems let me know, though go easy on me as this is my fist time modding anything.

For installation extract the zip and drop the "Generated" folder into your "Data" folder which should look something like this:

(disk:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Data)

⋆ When using UTAV version make sure Unique Tav is up to date

⋆ Because this relies on UTAV, the tattoos will only show up on vanilla and modded heads compatible/patched with UTAV

⋆ Not compatible with other tattoo mods (to my knowledge)

⋆  I'm planning on doing some other themed packs so let me know if you have any suggestions

⋆  I have tried to stick purely to stock photo images to create the tattoos, specifically istockphoto

⋆ If there's an interest in it, I am willing to upload the individual tattoos DDSs in one RBG channel

⋆ As I said above this is my first mod (for anything not just BG3) so please be patient with me and any tips, tricks or advice are greatly appreciated
