Мод НЕ мешает получению достижений - они прекрасно работают.
Для установки извлечь файл из архива в папку с русской локализации с заменой файла Russian.pak
По умолчанию это ваша Стим-папка ... Steam\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Data\Localization\Russian
После этого при запуске игры будет выдаваться предупреждение о несоответствии данных и возможных проблемах. Так и должно быть из-за смены чек-суммы файлы локализации. Игнорируйте и играйте.
