I was honestly surprised when I found that no one made a mod to buff this useless piece of equipment, it made the spectator fight so unrewarding. So in my spitefulness I learned how to mod this game and revamped the stats. I'll take suggestions for different balancing options if you have them. In my configs I also fixed the spell DC capping at 13 and it now calculates correctly.
