Better Sickles

Finally, I've made a proper mod with my own text and abilities :) The sad thing is that this one change took me about five hours:

1. Swift Harvest: all Sickles now get an additional 1d6 of slashing damage against Plants (including Myconids).

2. Outlander's Boon: you get a 1d4 attack bonus when using Sickles (must have Outlander Background)

3. Outlander has Athletics replaced with Nature. There is already an Athletics Background (Soldier) and when you read the Outlander Background description, Nature makes much more sense. Especially since Halsin has it. Karlach should probably be a Soldier or something new...but that's another mod.

4. Hooking Defense: use the inside of your Sickle to hook an attackers weapon, reducing its damage, and costing them another Action on that turn. Once per Combat.

5. Mow the Weak: Slice at up to 3 Unarmored or Lightly Armored targets, doing half damage and inflicting Bleeding for 3 turns. Once Per Short Rest.
