📋 About This Mod
Changes to Githyanki:
Martial Prodigy now includes Scimitars proficiency. Laezel has one in all her in game art! Use my Better Scimitars (and Belm) mod so that she can live up to her cover pose.
At level 1 gain Psionic Resistance, which grants Resistance to Psychic Damage, and Advantage against being Charmed.
At level 1 gain Githyanki Parry, Parry can now also be used with Longswords, and Scimitars if wielded in two hands.
At level 3 gain Aberration Hunter: you do 1d8 Psychic damage against Aberrations. Use my Tav is an Aberration mod to make your life a lot harder.
At level 5 gain Githyanki War Magic.
At level 10 gain Perfect Sentry and Supreme Parry.
Gain Martial Mage Hand instead of plain old Mage Hand: it's stronger, and can throw stuff.
Gith Psionics are no longer considered spells. This means that you can cast them while silenced. This applies to NPC enemies also!
Gear:
Circlet of Psionic Revenge now gives a +2 bonus to Saving throws, and does 2d4 Psychic damage
Githborn Flying boots now do 2d4 damage, and gives +2 Dexterity saving throws
Hr'a'cknir Bracers now give +3 Strength saving throws
Psionic Ward Armour now heals 2d4 hit points, and if the wearer is Gith, they gain +2 saving throws against spells, and has AC of 17.
All Gith Longswords, Shortswords, Greatswords, and Crossbows, no do a conditional 1d4 Psychic damage
Githyanki Boots now boost Athletics by 2
Githyanki Plate is now Superior Plate, reducing piercing damage
All Gith have had small boosts, nothing more than 2-4 to attributes, or 16 to hit points. As of yet, no new abilities have been added.
This mod enhances the Gith race in Baldur's Gate 3, granting the player character full Gith powers and making Gith NPCs more formidable. It's a niche gameplay tweak for players who want a stronger Gith experience, with 14 endorsements and last updated in September 2025.
