An edited version of Better Hotbar - Vova's Edition for use with my mods.
Disables the short rest button and short rest hotkey - for Sandi's Ruleset which adds a toggle for short resting instead.
Removes the Flee Combat button - for Sandi's Waypoint only Fast Travel which disables the flee button.
This doesn't change anything else - if you just want the hotbar, download the original.
