Navigate dialogues and dice rolls with your keyboard or controller.

  []Fully Rebindable: Customize every keybind to your preference. Supports modifier keys (Shift+E, Ctrl+R, etc).[/]

  []Per-Action Bindings: Separate keybinds for navigating up/down, confirming selection, skipping dialogue, rolling dice, using inspiration, and continuing after rolls.[/]

  []Unbind Option: Clear any keybind you don't want with the X button.[/]

  Default Keybinds

  • []W / S: Navigate dialogue options up/down[/]

    []Space: Confirm selection / Skip dialogue[/]

    []R: Roll dice[/]

    []C: Use inspiration (reroll)[/]

    []F: Continue after failed roll (Can also skip the roll animation entirely)[/]

    Controller (disabled by default)

    • []D-Pad Up/Down: Navigate dialogue options[/]

      []A: Confirm selection / Roll dice[/]

      []X: Skip dialogue / Continue after roll[/]

      []Y: Use inspiration[/]

      []Triggers: Can be bound to any action[/]

      Quick Start

      • []Open the Mod Configuration Menu (MCM).[/]

        []Go to the Better Dialogue Controls tab.[/]

        []Customize your keyboard keybinds.[/]

        []For controller support, go to the Controller tab and enable it.[/]

        Requirements

          []BG3 Mod Configuration Menu (soft requirement, you can also manually edit the config in %localappdata%\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Script Extender\BetterDialogueControls)[/]

          Compatibility

            []Must be after MCM in load order. (Unless you just use the config)[/]
