Balthazar interactability fix

This mod was made to fix a bug of Balthazar not being interactable on a save that was using an Additional Enemies Mod that  broke it.

It is meant to make Balthazar interactable and fix the event trigger of approaching the skelletons prior to his chamber in the Guantlet of Shar.

It MAY save your file if you had the same issue.

The logic I found was that the Additional Enemies Mod I was using allowed an extra enemy that uses Balthazar's preset to trigger the death of real Balthazar before I even encountered him, baking him dead to the story.

After a whole week of learning how Larian scripting works I managed this hacky fix that worked for me and my teammates.

This should be compatible with any mod that doesn't mess with Balthazar tags, states, or flags.

I will not be updating this.

Getting the dialogue for stealing his mother was worth it to me.
