So, Astarion has unique reactions if you romance the other characters at the same time, but you can't actually get them in the vanilla game. It seems like they're incorrectly marked as transitions, so they end up getting skipped over. Which is a shame—they're fully voice acted and animated, and a lot of fun. This mod fixes them! Now you'll be able to get Astarion's catty comments about the other romances whenever you'd like.
A warning, though; this mod may have to be updated frequently, because it overrides two files with a LOT of Astarion's dialogue. Specifically, this file:
/Data/Mods/GustavDev/Story/DialogsBinary/Companions/Astarion_InParty2.lsf
The mod will also conflict with any other mods that override that file.
I've included both a PAK file and loose files in the downloads. You can install the PAK file with BG3 Mod Manager. To install the loose files, just drag the "Mods" folder in the the .zip file into your BG3 Data folder, which can be found here: \\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Data\
I actually didn't run into any issues uninstalling the PAK file, and it seems to be safe to do so, but if you'd rather not get the warning about the mod being missing, you can use the loose files instead. Only install one version!
