If you play as The Dark Urge partnered with Astarion, you'll have access to his "But you're my leaking blood-bag" line even if you saved Mayrina in act 1.
To see this line if Auntie Ethel is in Baldur's Gate:

Without this mod, this line is only available if the hag never comes to Baldur's Gate, when the player talks to the real Captain Grisly. You'll still have access to this version, too.

Installation
I've included .pak version and loose files. Install only one.

Loose files
Unzip the file and move the Mods & Public folders into your BG3 Data folder:
\Steam\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Data\
This mod should be safe to install/uninstall mid-playthrough. To uninstall, delete the file.
